Cancellation Policy

At Biz Tourism, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which you can cancel bookings and receive refunds.

1. Cancellation Timeframes

  • Cab Bookings: Cancellations are accepted up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup will not be refunded.
  • Hotel Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund.
  • Flight/Train Bookings: Cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airline or train service. Please refer to those providers for specific cancellation policies.

2. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, contact us at support@biztourism.net or +1-870-359-0430. Provide your booking reference number and details.

3. Refunds Upon Cancellation

Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy, depending on the cancellation window and the type of service booked.
